UCT - Registration Information

If you are interested in exhibiting:
Admittance into UCT is by badge only. Attendees, exhibitors, press, speakers, students, etc., are required to register. UCT “Full Conference” registration is valid for the UCT program only and does not include the pre- or post-UCT programs (CUIRE, Damage Investigation and Prevention Workshop, Structural Engineering/Rigid Pipe, NASSCO, NASTT or Staking University). Click on the Education tab above to view the seminars.
If you wish to attend one of the specialty workshops/seminars, select the specific session to begin registration. Your registration fee includes the full UCT program.

If you wish to attend the UCT program only, select UCT to begin registration. Special rates exist for municipal employees. Email email@example.com for details.
UCT Registration Rates
· 3-Day Super $aver rate $350 ($50 each additional attendee from the same company/organization). Register Jan. 7-31, rate will be $495 ($75 each add’l attendee from the same company/organization).
· Daily Super $aver rate $195 ($50 each additional attendee from the same company/organization). Register Jan. 7-31, rate will be $275 ($75 each add’l attendee from the same company/organization).
· Per Session rate $50 (If you can’t fit the entire program into your schedule, you may take “a la carte” sessions – 4 sessions maximum)
· Exhibit Hall Only rate is $10 Register Jan. 7-31, rate will be $20
Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy:
ALL cancellations are subject to a $5 administration fee to cover the fee imposed by the bank. After the $5 administration fee, all refunds will be processed based on the following schedule: 100%* refund if cancelled in writing by Jan. 7, 2013. 50%* refund if cancelled in writing by Jan. 14, 2013. No refunds after end of business Jan. 14, 2013. (End of business is 6:00 pm CST). *The above percentages do not include the $5 admin fee. Substitutions are allowed.
