Carbon Calculator: What Does This do for Utilities, Rate Payers, Contractors and Engineers?

The British Columbia branch of NASTT is working on a program that will allow an owner to calculate the carbon output of a particular project and compare an open-cut method of construction with a trenchless option. The initial indications are a reduction of better than 80% carbon outputs in both the traffic and the actual construction methodologies.
